Orders and Acceptance

Please note that all orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.

While we try our best to fulfill every order, Looma Fashion may need to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing mistake, or for any other valid reason.

Once your order is placed, we’ll verify the details and information provided before sending a final confirmation.

Purchases and Payments

When placing an order, please make sure to provide complete and accurate information. If an incorrect delivery address is given, The Looma Fashion cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues. Any extra costs incurred to correct the order will need to be covered by the customer.

For international orders, prices are calculated using an integrated currency converter. Please note that currency conversion rates may vary depending on your bank, and The Cult Original is not responsible for any differences in exchange rates charged by your bank.

Once payment is received, you will get an invoice confirming your order. In some cases, orders may undergo a fraud check by our team, and you may be asked to provide additional identification to verify your purchase.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and other factors.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Looma Fashion is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
  • The customer is advised to inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported before signing.

Delivery Charges

  • A flat delivery fee may apply to all orders.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotional periods.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Looma Fashion or the product is defective/wrong.

Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for items that qualify under our policy.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused and unwashed, and must be returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Policy Compliance

  • Looma Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the policy requirements.

Refund Process for COD Orders

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed after inspection, and will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

It is also important that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order, as missed deliveries may lead to delays or additional charges.

Order Cancellation

At The Cult Original, we always aim to fulfill every order, but there may be rare occasions when we are unable to provide the requested products. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this happens, our team will contact you immediately to let you know and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that while we do our best to avoid cancellations, The Cult Original cannot be held responsible for any loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise as a result of the cancellation.
