Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via reliable courier services and delivered to the address provided at checkout. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Time
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or public holidays.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee may apply. Free delivery may be offered during promotions.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled. Re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Please Note : Before signing the delivery completion document, please take a moment to check the items inside your package. If you notice any issues such as differences in color, size, design, or any product defects, kindly inform our team before signing. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept claims after the document has been signed.
Returns & Exchanges – Customer Guidelines
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
When Can You Return an Item?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item you received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong size, color, design or a different item than what you ordered
- The T-shirt is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
How to Request a Return
Getting started is easy:
- Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order details and the reason for the return
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps or arrange a pickup if applicable
Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges are happy to be arranged, subject to stock availability
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after the item is checked
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
